We want you to love every piece you purchase from Woodhorse. However, if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help!

Return & Refund Conditions:

• You can request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order.

• The product must be in good condition, unused, with all original tags attached.

• The original packaging should also be in good, undamaged condition.

• Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect the product.

• If everything meets our return criteria, we will process your refund promptly.

Shipping & Return Process:

• Return shipping will be arranged through our courier partner.

• A flat fee of AED 25 will be deducted from your refund for the return shipping cost.

• We will coordinate with you to schedule a convenient pickup.

Important Notes:

• Refunds will be processed only after the product has been received and approved by our quality team.

• If the item is returned damaged, used, or without original tags/packaging, we reserve the right to decline the refund.
